Shipping Policy
Our goal is to get your parts into your hands as quickly as possible. Most carbon fiber and performance parts ship via UPS, while the majority of smaller items (such as buttons) ship via USPS.
All packages are fully insured. Orders with a value over $200 may require a signature upon delivery.
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email indicating that your order is being processed. Please allow 1–3 business days for tracking information to update on our website. If more than 4 business days have passed and you have not received tracking information, please contact us using our contact form and we will be happy to assist you.
We strongly recommend being present during the estimated delivery window, as there have been rare cases of packages being stolen after delivery. If your package is marked as delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout but is missing or appears to have been stolen, please reach out to us and we will be happy to assist you further.
Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges
Please contact us through our contact form to initiate a return or exchange. To ensure we can assist you as quickly as possible, returns should be requested in a timely manner—ideally within 5 days of delivery.
Once the returned package is received, all items will be thoroughly inspected before a return or exchange is approved. Products must be unused and in the same condition as originally received. Any items that have been modified in any way—including, but not limited to, installation, drilling, application of adhesives, scratches, or other damage—will not be eligible for return under any circumstances.
We strongly recommend test-fitting all parts prior to installation. If you anticipate any issues during installation, please contact us before modifying the product.
A return shipping label will be provided to help make the return process smooth. Please ensure the item is securely packaged in its original condition and packaging.
For non-defective items, a restocking fee of up to 20%, as well as the cost of the return shipping label, may be deducted from the refund.
